Replace half metre of damaged plaster board on ceiling. Also repair a crack in ceiling plasterboard. Lastly replace small piece of cornice which I have. Must be a plasterer familiar with board. Had a hard plasterer to fix some cracks and said he could do the board. Not.

Came when he could and always kept me informed. The work was done quickly and with great care. Would use him again.

Install Light Weight Awning

MUST HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE. Be prepared to send it over in order to secure the job Lightweight awning to be installed across the length of the balcony about the door/window in order to make the balcony a bit more useful (see pictures attached). It's two pieces one is 2m long and the other is 3m long. Both are a full kit that come with all screws and instructions. Awning will be installed into the render. I am unsure whether the is brick behind the render or not but regardless the awning needs to be secure and weather resistant.

Elson installed an awning for me and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. He was friendly, punctual, and really took the time to get the details right. Highly recommend!
