The issue: A section of plaster on the left side of the garage ceiling has come loose and is now sitting on top of the garage door wheel/track. It's pressing against the door mechanism, so I'd like it sorted before it causes damage or falls further. What I'd like done: Investigate the cause of the failure (loose fixings, water damage, batten issue, etc.) and let me know what you find. If the plaster sheet is still in good condition — push it back up into position and screw it securely to the battens/joists above. If it's too damaged to reuse — cut out the affected section, replace with new plasterboard, and patch/finish so it blends with the surrounding ceiling. Clean up any debris from the garage floor and door track afterwards. Note: If on inspection the job turns out to need more work than the above, I'm happy to discuss and agree on a revised quote before you proceed.

Need to paint all the walls inside my home, have 3 bedrooms 1 living and 2 bathrooms

A few fences to render and paint - apply fence paint to 10m of fence, 1800mm high (paint supplied) - two coats - apply texture paint to FC sheet fence - 7m long and 1800mm high (paint supplied) - two coats - acrylic render blueboard fence, including cleaning, reinforcing joints with mesh, and applying a suitable base coat (acrylic polymer render) to prevent cracking - 9.5m x 1500mm high

Need a hole fixed in the plaster and corner re attached

Two areas to plaster. Fridge area (it’s sheeted I just don’t have a photo) just needs to be finished ready to paint. The other wall need to be finished both sides but needs tear off stopping bead for the edges as the wall may eventually be removed in the future. Also the ladder in the photo will be available for you to use for the high sections.

I need a small plastering job done in the next few weeks. A gas heater has been removed and capped off, and I now need a plasterer to patch and plaster the area where the heater was. The area to be plastered is approximately 180cm tall x 50cm wide. Looking for a neat, professional finish ready for painting. Standard residential unit with easy access.
