Gutter cleaning single storey vermont

I have a double carport which has a concrete tiled roof above it. All 3 sides are covered in debris from the tree above it. Need the roof cleaned off (like a broom etc) and then the remaining removed from the gutters. Plus any that ends up on the ground will need to be cleaned up. Happy to receive quotes. Please be experienced in walking on tiled roofs. I don’t want broken tiles.

I need to get my gutters cleaned. There is a single flat roof (with easy access), a pergola gutter that runs along the length of the house (and is accessible from the roof), and potentially a carport gutter.

The roof is missing 2 sheets of plaster board I need the plaster supplied cut to size and then the roof repainted as the old paint is flaking off. The old paint will need to be scrapped off first. We can supply the paint.
