Gutter clean to include: - Cleaning of gutters - Cleaning of downpipes - Tidying of debris DATE: Must be on either Friday 23rd, Saturday 24th or Sunday 25th of May. See photos for details. PLEASE ONLY ACCEPT IF YOU ARE CONFIDENT YOU CAN ACCESS THE ROOF. (I think access is easiest from the back with a long ladder, as previous cleaner failed to access roof from the balcony due to steepness of roof)

We have a crack in the box gutter down side of terrace house. I cleared away some of the old sealant and it needs rust cleaned out and replacement tin patch then new rivots and resealed. Remove debris from a rainhead. Install a few mesh sheets along a gutter box to prevent birds from getting into there. And install/glue a few bird spikes on roof. please refer to pictures. you need to get on the roof to do this. It is a townhouse so the roof is on the second level, need a ladder to get to the roof from the verandarh on first floor. need to be done on this Friday or Saturday. Thanks
