Reposting the job as I had to make an emergency overseas travel. Needed to replace 3 cartridges for basin mixer taps. Phoenix brand. See attached pics for details of 45mm flat cartridges. Tried buying cartridges from Bunnings, but they won’t sit in the faucet. Guess we need to replace mixers. I am happy to procure three mixers. Open for combined offer as well. Slight continued flow in the toilet — it seems like the water valve at the back isn’t fully closing. The unit is quite old, and I’d rather not replace the whole thing at this stage. It looks like water keeps dripping into the bowl because the float mechanism at the back doesn’t completely seal or lock shut.

Attached pic is of a toilet window with fitted net. Need to install something to stop cold air coming inside but still allows option for ventilation. Like a sliding window or any other option.
