Reposting the job as I had to make an emergency overseas travel. Needed to replace 3 cartridges for basin mixer taps. Phoenix brand. See attached pics for details of 45mm flat cartridges. Tried buying cartridges from Bunnings, but they won’t sit in the faucet. Guess we need to replace mixers. I am happy to procure three mixers. Open for combined offer as well. The kitchen mixer tap has broken and we have purchased a replacement. We require a plumber who can replace the tap with the new one (Eden Sink Mixer). Shower taps are leaking from shower head when screwed tightly closed. May be older style needing something replaced in taps as new shower head has been put on so is tap issue. Happy with taps not actually being replaced ascetically so just looking for repair to the leaking problem

Slight continued flow in the toilet — it seems like the water valve at the back isn’t fully closing. The unit is quite old, and I’d rather not replace the whole thing at this stage. It looks like water keeps dripping into the bowl because the float mechanism at the back doesn’t completely seal or lock shut.
