The renovation took longer than expected and I can’t wait for him to come back. Must be done by end of the week, preferably next couple of days.

Hi, I need someone experienced with progressive mixer taps to check my wall-mounted bathroom basin tap. The issue is that when I turn the mixer towards hot water, the water flow becomes very strong and the temperature gets very hot quickly. It is difficult to control the hot water safely and accurately, and the basin fills up very fast during normal use. I am renting, so I am looking for someone who can check if there is a practical solution without replacing the whole tap/mixer, if possible. Please let me know if you have experience with this type of progressive mixer and if you can help diagnose or adjust the issue.

Two Shower Leaks Inspection and Diagnosis I am looking for an experienced plumber or bathroom specialist to inspect two showers that are leaking when the showers are being used. Our upstairs shower tap is leaking. The tap is off but water continues to drip from the bottom of the tap.

The shower tap/ mixers are not completely turning the water off. As a result, the shower is dripping of water. I do have a packet of washers in case that's what needed.

Toilet not draining and an outside drain leaking

Need blockage cleared of main drain. Approx 5 metres. Toilet, basin and not draining properly. Most other fixtures and other toilet/ bathroom working normally.
