The toilet is leaking and need it fixed

We have recessed Geberit toilet cisterns in our relatively new house. Two of them have issues: 1. One of them requires you to hold the buttons down for the full flush time for it to flush the toilet (where as the others require a quick press) 2. One toilet will continue to leak into the bowl slowly which constantly sets off the water pump from recycled water which is used for the toilets. Both from what I assume would be quick jobs, but I don’t won’t to break them!
