Hi! My master bathroom shower head is dripping/leaking and needs to be looked at. Likely a worn washer or O-ring but happy for the tradie to assess and advise. Job includes inspection, repair or replacement of any parts needed. Located in Tarneit, Melbourne. Prefer someone who can come on asap.

Urgent water leaks from our common and ensuite showers are causing ongoing damage. While we are addressing broader leak issues, this specific task is a crucial preventive measure. We are seeking an experienced handyman or plumber to immediately address the deteriorated grout and caulking on the shower floor (as shown in the attached images). The primary goal for this task is to re-grout the shower floor and re-caulk all joints (floor-to-wall, and shower screen base) to stop further water ingress and prevent additional damage in this area.
