Kitchen mixer tap – low hot-water pressure The kitchen mixer tap has normal/good cold-water pressure, but the water flow reduces significantly when the tap is turned towards fully hot. My shower head is leaking water even when it is turned of. Leak is not consistent. A few drops leak and then pause. This pattern is on repeat. It goes on for entire day. Tried switching shower head modes to all possible mode, still the leak is there.

Help needed fixing husband’s DIY. The toilet cistern needs properly attaching to the wall with maybe a bracket.

Slight continued flow in the toilet — it seems like the water valve at the back isn’t fully closing. The unit is quite old, and I’d rather not replace the whole thing at this stage.
