I have an Internal wall split which is dripping. Suspected blockage in drain pipe. Blockage is expected to be close to the internal unit as the drain pipe is shared with another split which is unaffected. Need to clear the collection tray which is full, then attempt to blow out the drain pipe. Drain pipe can be accessed from the side once the tray is empty.

Install vanity, toilet, disconnect water tank and attached to previous drain, change pipe under kitchen sink, fix dishwasher as it is showing no water, change laundry drain pipe outside.

Toilet has been making hissing sounds after flushing for a long while and am currently in process of placing house on market, so may either need a replacement Caroma cistern or parts.
