Need to replace my kitchen sink tap. I have attached photos of the current tap and the new tap that needs to be installed.

When I flush the toilet, the water drains very slowly. At the same time, the nearby bathroom floor drain makes a bubbling or gurgling sound. Need a pipe inspection and clean up. I’ve also noticed that the outdoor sewer pipe is overflowing.

Needs to replace cistern as the existing one is discoloured. I will buy cistern from Bunnings or you can bring ;can be reimbursed .

Need a handyman / plasterer to assess / identify the source of moisture (seal vs possible ensuite shower ingress) and advise what repair is needed.

Noisy inlet valve on downstairs toilet to be replaced as makes noise about once every 2 hours. There is also a small leak in external house pipe.

Hi, this tap is leaking - not from the connection but from inside the tap. I need someone to repair it please.

I have a washing machine placed in my laundry, however the provided hot and cold water hoses do not fit my taps as pictured. I would like some help to get my washing machine connected to the tap. I’m open to recommendations if there’s an adapter available to connect to the tap. The tap is smaller than the provided hose and does not get screwed on.

Move shower and bath waste

I have an Internal wall split which is dripping. Suspected blockage in drain pipe. Blockage is expected to be close to the internal unit as the drain pipe is shared with another split which is unaffected. Need to clear the collection tray which is full, then attempt to blow out the drain pipe. Drain pipe can be accessed from the side once the tray is empty.

Toilet has been making hissing sounds after flushing for a long while and am currently in process of placing house on market, so may either need a replacement Caroma cistern or parts.

There is water leaking from pipe connection next to water meter on house side, emergency service has confirmed a 20mm barrel union replacement is needed.

Water Tank is connected now, need to disconnect move and Re Connect, also replace downpipe where it was removed from Only 1000 litres , so when empty , it can be moved with my help

I bought a water purifier, it has all the material, need someone that knows how to install it. Connect to the main water pipe, put the dispenser, put the filter.
