In a 1960's built flat, and it's high time I renovated the small bathroom. Needs all tiles removed and new tiles installed, take out the bath and install a shower, and potentially taps for a washing machine. Also installation of wash basin. My kitchen Taps are too stiff and require extra strength every time I need to open/close them! It's mostly the cold water one but the hot is starting to show the same issue. Not sure of how much would cost this plumber job so please ignore the low budget as I placed it to give freedom to place any offer amounts. Hello, I have what would have been an outdoor toilet as part of our laundry room. The room is just a toilet and I have a slimline sink that needs to be plumbed in. There is a water supply on the other side of the brick wall where the sink will sit.

I bought a new dishwasher and the waste hose connects to another existing hose which leads to the sink pipe. I was hoping I could reconnect it after removing the old one, but it's leaking where the two hoses connect - think it might need new/different clamps or something. Just bought my first place so potential for ongoing jobs for the right person.
