Looking to replace with a new toilet seat(already have one) I have already removed the old toilet seat however one of the toilet bolt is still stuck

Please include all required materials (ptraps, pipes, drain, etc) in your offer. 2 inlet for dishwasher is also required to stay. Please see photos of current plumbing with the waste disposer.
