Sink tap is very loose at my beauty salon. The tap itself is working fine, just needs to be re-attached to the sink properly.

I need a new shower head installed. It is the same one as the current shower head and will not need any other materials. Shower head is supplied. I also need a sink down pipe tightened and inspected due to a very small drip.

Plumber required to fix a strange screeching noise coming from toilet when flushed, and to install a replacement kitchen tap.

Install laundry sink and tap, connect plumbing (additional pipe most likely needed) Change shower mixer to new one, change sink waste to new one

Refrigerator is not getting cold enough. Freezer seems to work fine

There some little plumbing jobs at my address if some can fix them all pls -Toilet seat is loose , needs to be tighten -water leakage near the floor drain , - couple of taps needs to be tighten up.

Supply and fit new black kitchen sink mixer. Must be high flow and retractable. Have provided a example image. Fix one leaking pipe to vanity basin and clean out u-bend pipes to three basins.

Plastic lid has fallen down basin drainage pipe in bathroom . Long tool / open metal pipe may be required as blocking drain

I have no idea the price but it definitely depends on the toilet system we get so I’m happy to be guided. I can’t get the cheap crappy one but it needs to be fairly decent. So happy to chat through essentially I live in an apartment in Newstead the Kurv Building the actual porcelain of the toilet is cracked / badly not a chance using again I physically need a new toilet.
