Reposting the job as I had to make an emergency overseas travel. Needed to replace 3 cartridges for basin mixer taps. Phoenix brand. See attached pics for details of 45mm flat cartridges. Slight continued flow in the toilet — it seems like the water valve at the back isn’t fully closing. The unit is quite old, and I’d rather not replace the whole thing at this stage. It looks like water keeps dripping into the bowl because the float mechanism at the back doesn’t completely seal or lock shut.
