I would like the kitchen mixer tap replaced. Acess under sink is a little tricky. I will supply the tap (see photos). I also want the kitchen benchtop recaulked along the splashback. I will supply the silicone

I need a leak report for my shower base. Leak is on the right edge highlighted resulting in a leak and damage to the downstairs ceiling. I need a report outlining the leak particularly the cause of the leak and the likelihood of it not being due to wear and tear but an impact. I also have a a building inspection from late last year when the property was purchased starting the good order of the shower which needs to be considered. Finally the base is currently sealed with tarp for waterproof use so will need to be replaced once removed for inspection.

Shower is leaking. I believe the washer needs to be replaced. It is not a problem with the shower head. I live in an apartment.

Hi All, Looking for someone someone to replace/repair a toilet in South Yarra. The flushing mechanism is hissing/spraying from the section circled in the picture. We just moved into a new high rise apartment, and need help to hang 2 large heavy paintings, 1 round large mirror, 3 small paintings, 1 wall piece, and we need a toilet roll holder fixed. Preferably they come with required heavy dutie screws.

My toilet is making constant hissing/flushing type noises throughout the day. Quick google search indicates this could be an issue with the valve, or fill flapper. Need help with investigating and fixing issue.

Hi, I’m looking for a plumber to fix the kitchen tap that’s become very loose. Also need the toilet in the en-suite unblocked and the toilet seat fixed/replaced. Fowler toilet not flushing without manually pressing inner button as lost one of the two plastic insertions (see pic) which is still in the toilet - caused by lifting the toilet lid. Should be a quick fix for asap please. - Due date: Flexible

I have a new house with a toilet that suddenly is continously 'running' a trickle of water, after being flushed. I have tried jiggling the mechanism inside. Ordered and set up a smart toilet seat/bidet to my toilet. It's all set up and working fine except for two issues; 1) The 1/2 t-valve provided is leaky, I'm not sure if this is because it's faulty or my installation of it. 2) The way it sits (see pictures) blocks the flush mechanism. Right now I can sort of sit the flush over it but it generally means the flush gets stuck down when you press it. - I think I need a way of extending the t-valve so it doesn't sit there. Would appreciate a skilled plumber who could check this out, replace the t-valve if needed and sort out the flush issue. Thanks in advance! - Due date: Flexible
