Shower Leak Rectification – Scope of Works We have received a leakage investigation report indicating failure of the shower waterproofing system. The following rectification works are required: 1. Demolition • Remove existing shower floor tiles and screed within the shower area. • Prepare substrate for new waterproofing system. 2. Drainage Rectification • Install proper drainage flange to the floor waste. • Ensure waterproof membrane is correctly connected into the flange. 3. Waterproofing • Apply new waterproof membrane in accordance with AS3740. • Membrane to extend up walls (minimum 150mm or as required). • Ensure full sealing around penetrations and junctions. 4. Waterstop Installation • Install waterstop at shower entry (if feasible within existing structure). • Ensure junctions are properly sealed and waterproofed. 5. Screed & Falls • Reconstruct screed with correct falls towards the drain. 6. Tiling • Re-tile shower floor. • Re-grout and seal all joints. 7. Testing • Conduct water test (flood test) to confirm no leakage before completion. looking around $5K + GST including Tile Materials

Grind out existing old grout on shower base, Regrout with 2Pack Epoxy, and clean up. leak test. This job was done by another tiler and he was hopeless, need to be redone correctly.

Connect the water pipe to the drain outlet

The solder joint has given out on an external water pipe under my house. Need the pipe repaired + a water regulator added (pressure is currently too high). Timber subfloor house on stumps so there plenty of access.
