Looking for someone experienced with bathroom plumbing/fixture installation. Need the following completed in my bathroom: * Remove existing leaking basin mixer tap (approx. 14 years old) and install new Mondella Overture chrome basin mixer (already purchased) ⚠️ Existing tap has an ongoing leak around the tap/faucet body/handle area. * Remove and replace existing basin waste/drain with new 32mm pop-up basin waste with overflow (already purchased) — replacing with a newer matching style while tap is being replaced (current waste still functional). * Potentially replace a second basin waste if straightforward (happy to discuss onsite / quote separately) * Tighten/fix a wobbly toilet seat while onsite Notes: * Existing vanity plumbing is accessible under the sink. * New tap and basin waste already purchased and ready to install. * Please bring standard plumbing tools and any consumables if needed (plumber’s tape, silicone, washers etc.). * Would prefer someone experienced with basin mixer and basin waste replacement.

Hi, I need someone experienced with progressive mixer taps to check my wall-mounted bathroom basin tap. The issue is that when I turn the mixer towards hot water, the water flow becomes very strong and the temperature gets very hot quickly. It is difficult to control the hot water safely and accurately, and the basin fills up very fast during normal use. I am renting, so I am looking for someone who can check if there is a practical solution without replacing the whole tap/mixer, if possible. Please let me know if you have experience with this type of progressive mixer and if you can help diagnose or adjust the issue.

The shower tap/ mixers are not completely turning the water off. As a result, the shower is dripping of water. I do have a packet of washers in case that's what needed.

Hi, after using the shower it very very slowly leaks out the bottom of the pipe on the wall for a day or 2 then stops. I've included some pics.

Seeking advice on construction on a new toilet block attached to the existing community hall. Removal of inside toilet areas with these areas to be redesigned.

My upstairs toilet is blocked. It will flush, however, when I flush it a few times in a row the bowl fills up and takes a few minutes to drain away. The block is obviously connected to the shower and basin drain in the same room, as I can hear the gurgling through the pipes. I think the toilet probably just needs to be plunged/pumped with something more powerful than what I own.
