I’ve purchased a new Mondella Resonance pull-down kitchen mixer that I’d like installed. Job would involve: * Remove existing hot/cold taps and centre spout * Install new Mondella mixer, ideally through the existing centre hole * Connect new mixer to existing hot/cold water supply * Fit blanking caps to the two unused tap holes * Check everything for leaks and make sure mixer is operating properly * Existing AMF Cuno water filter under the sink – would like this retained where possible There is good access underneath the sink – photos attached. I already have the new mixer. Happy for you to supply any small additional fittings/blanking caps required and add them to the cost.

Hi, I need someone experienced with progressive mixer taps to check my wall-mounted bathroom basin tap. The issue is that when I turn the mixer towards hot water, the water flow becomes very strong and the temperature gets very hot quickly. It is difficult to control the hot water safely and accurately, and the basin fills up very fast during normal use. I am renting, so I am looking for someone who can check if there is a practical solution without replacing the whole tap/mixer, if possible.
