The circled area in the 2nd picture is like misting or something like it's going to burst because of the pressure. The upper valve is also leaking but we are unable to identify where is it coming from. We need a plumber asap today.

We need our washing machine connected asap at our new shop however it looks like the water pipes have been lost in the move so new ones will be required.

We have an existing downstairs toilet in a multi-level apartment. We would like a shower adding, a shower tray and drainage fitted (there is good existing floor drainage to tee into - see photo). There is a full bathroom directly above on the 1st floor, so a bluetooth remote controlled shower mixer and pump can be plumbed in there and the shower head pipe come down through the ceiling into the downstairs toilet below. We also need to replace the existing toilet and wash basin. The tiling and making-good can be done separately by a tiler if required.

The hot water pressure is very low and it looks like the valve is not working. So, we think it is damaged and we need to change it. The valve is next to the washing machine. We live in an apartment. The property manager said he can help to close the water system to do this job.

Our landlord plumber had a quick look and advised that the unit likely needs a new valve installed as it is not supplying enough hot water. The toilet is refilling very slowly after flushing. Previous tenant advised the inlet / fill valve inside the tank sometimes gets stuck, particularly when the toilet hasn’t been used for a while. They were able to temporarily fix it by adjusting the valve inside the cistern, but it appears the valve likely needs replacing.
