We have an existing downstairs toilet in a multi-level apartment. We would like a shower adding, a shower tray and drainage fitted (there is good existing floor drainage to tee into - see photo). There is a full bathroom directly above on the 1st floor, so a bluetooth remote controlled shower mixer and pump can be plumbed in there and the shower head pipe come down through the ceiling into the downstairs toilet below. We also need to replace the existing toilet and wash basin. The tiling and making-good can be done separately by a tiler if required.

Reattach the toilet seat lid and fix one foot of the sofa.

The hot water pressure is very low and it looks like the valve is not working. So, we think it is damaged and we need to change it. The valve is next to the washing machine. We live in an apartment. The property manager said he can help to close the water system to do this job.

Hi there, We are a cafe in Fortitude Valley looking for a licensed plumber to fix our hot water system. Our landlord plumber had a quick look and advised that the unit likely needs a new valve installed as it is not supplying enough hot water. Unit Location: It is mounted on the wall in our alleyway (external). The Job: 1. Inspect the hot water unit to confirm if it’s a valve issue. 2. Supply and install the necessary replacement valve. 3. Ensure the hot water is running at full capacity. 4. Please note the job would need to start from 3:15 pm onwards, as the cafe is operating beforehand Note: We need this done as soon as possible as it is essential for our cafe operations. Please provide a quote Thank you!
