The toilet is refilling very slowly after flushing. Previous tenant advised the inlet / fill valve inside the tank sometimes gets stuck, particularly when the toilet hasn’t been used for a while. They were able to temporarily fix it by adjusting the valve inside the cistern, but it appears the valve likely needs replacing. My kitchen sink is clogged. I have tried unclog it with a plunger and Drano Gel but nothing works.

HELP! I woke up early this morning with continuous overflow of running water into the toilet bowl. Turned the water flow tap to slow to avoid overflow onto floor.

Connect front loader to cold tap and make it not leak. I've tried but my hands are not strong enough and I don't have a wrench. I have the tape also. It's a new apartment so the usual set up - skinny little 1/4 washtub to muck around under

Toilet will not fill automatically after flush. I am moving the float and or water adjustment rod to get the water to fill or stop filling. Does not work most of the time without manual adjustment. When moving the unit around I snapped the clip which holds tube in place as pictured. Location fortitude valley. Hoping to have job completed before Saturday 29th.

That tab is leaking and the water won’t stop stunning on the cold option, also water is coming out from the side. I won’t be able to buy the tab if it needs to be change, so I’ll need someone to do it for me if needed (Bunnings is a 2 min drive)
