Find an experienced plumber in Essendon

Need a plumber for four small shower repairs across two bathrooms in Essendon. Bathroom 1: (a) Wall mixer diverter very stiff and hard switch properly between ceiling rainhead and handheld. (b) Grub screw missing from the handpiece holder bracket Bathroom 2: (a) Shower rail slider bracket has fallen apart (button, spring and split ring have come out). Square-profile rail. Needs a replacement bracket. (b) Shower hose failing - inner tube pulling out of the chrome sheath, needs replacing Tapware is generic chrome square-profile, no obvious brand markings. Happy for you to source parts or advise what to buy beforehand. Photos attached. Please quote for labour plus parts, or labour only if I supply parts.

I have a blocked toilet and I need it unblocked

I have a dual shower head and the holder of the handheld shower is loose, it is tight on the rail but it will not hold a different angled position, hoping someone can have a look and fix

Broken bathroom mixer tap-needs replacing. I’ve purchased a new mixer tap that fits the space. See photos 1 & 2. Note - Tight working space underneath for connection - see photos 3 & 4 taken from vanity underneath the sink. If you foresee a difficulty with that please don’t respond. It’s beyond my limited handyman skills but my hope is it’s a pretty straightforward swap: Turn off water, Disconnect broken mixer tap, Connect the new mixer tap, Turn water back on. Prefer a late morning or afternoon before Easter but not critical. $100

Install a kitchen mixer tap. Current setup is with hot and cold taps. The sink hole will need to be cut to fit new mixer tap. I’ve included photos which show what needs to be done. If you need other information just let me know.

We have a leak in our hot water system and finding it hard to get anyone to have a look. It is also located on a flat two storey townhouse roof. Budget is for call out fee and then we can discuss what needs to be done.
