I need help in connecting the washing machine drain which has come off today. The machine was installed about a month back. The drain from the washing machine needs to be secured back to drain pipe under the sink in the laundry. The machine is a 8kg Asko one and it needs to be moved out to fix the drain. It is a bit heavy.

Install a kitchen mixer tap. Current setup is with hot and cold taps. The sink hole will need to be cut to fit new mixer tap. I’ve included photos which show what needs to be done. If you need other information just let me know.

External sewer pipe blockage requires obstruction removal. Access the blockage can be done through the carport inspection opening. Sewer is not fully blocked however inspection opening reveals high than acceptable water/sewer levels and internal toilets are slow to drain. When toilet plunged external breather overflowed.

The flush in ensuite struggles to stop waterflow at times, or keeps flowing until flushed again. When flush is pressed it sometimes start filling flush water, which the runs through the toilet non stop. Seems to be a bit temperamental so hard to predict what it will do. It was fixed in 2019 and there were no issues after that until now. It just needs one of the levers re-adjusted as was done in 2019. Please state complete cost of labour. - Due date: Asap

Leaky tap needing fixed - has progressively gotten worse and is now a thin constant stream. Most likely a washer replacement, older sink.

Hand Shower is leaking few drops hence need to get it fixed so that it stops leaking

The bathroom sink tap does not dispense hot water. The connection from the hot water system is fine. The tap is the problem. Checked under the sink and the hot water is flowing fine through the pipes.
