Reposting the job as I had to make an emergency overseas travel. Needed to replace 3 cartridges for basin mixer taps. Phoenix brand. See attached pics for details of 45mm flat cartridges. Tried buying cartridges from Bunnings, but they won’t sit in the faucet. Guess we need to replace mixers. I am happy to procure three mixers. Open for combined offer as well. the current shower is leaking, checked by megaseal, too bad to be fixed by a simple regrounting. need to redone the shower and redone water proofing of shower area. professional tiler and water proofer only. experienced expert only. need to start by 16april and have to finish by 23april task ready to go , will give out asap.

Toilet is thoroughly blocked. I've tried plunging and using baking soda + vinegar with hot water but no luck. Water does drain through slowly, so I'm hoping it's not too big of a job and just need someone with a good toilet auger.

The toilet and shawer is just blocked

Think my child placed a toy in the toilet and flushed it, water gets through eventually but seems like something is partially blocking it

When the Flush is pressed, water leaks from the side of the top cistern (tank). This happens for both Half and Full flush buttons. Also would need to fix a slowly draining Bathtub and tighten a Tap.

One of the buttons on the toilet (the full flush button) isn't working. the half flush button works. I think it's a quick fix. If I press the button, nothing happens.

I have a blocked toilet that is not flushing properly. I’ve noticed that the kitchen sink (a couple of rooms away) is also draining slowly, and I can hear noises coming from the laundry when water is used. Other toilets in the house are working fine, so it may be a partial blockage or issue in the main drain line. I got Videos of the blockage but i do not think that airtasker let you share them here

Slight continued flow in the toilet — it seems like the water valve at the back isn’t fully closing. The unit is quite old, and I’d rather not replace the whole thing at this stage. It looks like water keeps dripping into the bowl because the float mechanism at the back doesn’t completely seal or lock shut.
