Require a handyman to replace 2x ceramic disc cartridges from 2x single-lever basin mixers in our bathroom. They are held in by a threaded chrome collar that are very tight and difficult to unscrew. Seeking handyman with experience that knows how to unscrew the chrome collar rings without damaging it and then replace the cartridges. The offer includes cost of parts + labour.

Hi, I need someone experienced with progressive mixer taps to check my wall-mounted bathroom basin tap. The issue is that when I turn the mixer towards hot water, the water flow becomes very strong and the temperature gets very hot quickly. It is difficult to control the hot water safely and accurately, and the basin fills up very fast during normal use. I am renting, so I am looking for someone who can check if there is a practical solution without replacing the whole tap/mixer, if possible. Hello. I have a blocked upstairs toilet. I tried plunging the toilet, but this caused waste water/material to come up through the bath tub drain (the bath tub is next to the toilet).
