The kitchen sink tap is loose and needs tightening/securing (we are using tape to hold it together at the moment) It moves at the base and may require securing from underneath the sink. No replacement needed at this stage, just repair and make stable. There's no leaks. Access under the sink is clear. Please bring your own tools that maybe required.

Hi all. I have a water tank in our courtyard (broken pump so we want to get rid of it). I'll need it drained and removed. I'm happy to dispose of it just mainly need it drained and disconnected. The water tank is fine so happy if you want to actually keep it. I'll need quotes from qualified plumbers only to do the job as on-top of draining and disconnecting the water tank, I need the gutter drain pipe re plumbed as well, there is a drain on the ground in the right floor next to the tank. Hi everyone! I'm planning to buy a small 6-7kg washing machine soon, but my apartment doesn't have a landry area. I will need to install it either in the bathroom or kitchen, depending on what's easier. There's no dedicated washing machine tap, so the water will probably need to come from the sink faucet( with a Y-connector or diverter), and the drain can go into the bathtub or kitchen sink. ** have set price at $5 as I want quotes ** Button on bathroom wall above toilet dislodged. Attempted to superglue it back on but it didn’t work. Need someone to re-attach it (to protrusion that attaches to cistern) professionally. The button itself works, just that the metal cap has dislodged. May need to scrape some old superglue off the inside to allow it fit flush.

I need my bath taps fixed. The spout constantly runs/drips, wasting a lot of water. The diverter lever takes ages to work too. The actual taps are not the same length either, so it's difficult to get the temperature right. Ideally, I'd love this fixed by tomorrow (friday) around 5pm, but I'm flexible. I have to keep my hot water turned off while it's not in use, so it's not ideal.
