Sink cap need to replace

Kitchen tap is loose (not leaking). Difficult to get to spot to tighten, need someone to do for me. Possibly silicone to finish off job? Happy to provide video of issue for clarification.

Unblock downpipe and check lower roof for leaks

Attach to existing plumbing taps. All components in the boxes (Bumgun brand)

Require licences plumber to check PRV at water meter as GWW has advised that it may need replacing or rectified. Water pressure is low at the property and GWW has suggested this as the likely cause

Reseal needed on bath / shower. I’ve noticed that just the seal is wearing away. Only in some areas but most of the old need to be removed and a new seal replaced.

Food warmer and sandwich press stop working

Evaporative cooler is continually dripping water out of water outlet. Unit is working well and was recently cleaned.
