I removed the part of the cupboard where the fridge is located because my fridge won't fit. It needs to be fixed.

I need someone to install a brand new flush outlet valve on a toilet. The old one started leaking recently onto the tiles. I’ve tried to install it but it keeps leaking. I have the new valve here ready to install.

Unblock downpipe and check lower roof for leaks

Require licences plumber to check PRV at water meter as GWW has advised that it may need replacing or rectified. Water pressure is low at the property and GWW has suggested this as the likely cause

Reseal needed on bath / shower. I’ve noticed that just the seal is wearing away. Only in some areas but most of the old need to be removed and a new seal replaced.

Food warmer and sandwich press stop working

Evaporative cooler is continually dripping water out of water outlet. Unit is working well and was recently cleaned.

Replace an old kitchen tap

Need someone to clear the drain and replace the shower mixer tap.

Hi, my shower head and tap are both leaky. I want to replace. I will supply parts (if you could guide me on what to buy that would be great). Must be a plumber.

The external toilet drain pipe has been broken and is leaking. The cracked pipe is broken where the pipe meets the concrete. The concrete around the pipe will likely need to be cut to replace/repair the pipe. There is access under the house. I would also like something to protect the pipe so it cannot be damaged again ie metal cage.

The Miele fridge (about 10 yo) is filling with water in the little drain area. Inside. Down the bottom at back of fridge. We empty it twice a day. Have tried clearing the drain hole to no advantage.

2 toilets not flushing properly. Effecting basin water flow sometimes. May be piping issue but want someone to check first. Have tried a couple of things but not successful. Toilet lids also need tightening.
