Find an experienced plumber in Alphington

I need the P trap under bathroom sink changed. See photo for current p trap. I bought 40mm caroma p trap from bunnings to do myself and it doesn’t match and i don’t know what i need! Also need shelf cut away as it is sodden with leaky water and i want to remove to avoid mould.

There is a leakage under the sink from the Spigot. It connects to the drainage of the AC condensate.

Could someone please bring a new complete toilet suite and securely install it, take old one away and clean floor behind toilet. I’m in an upstairs flat

Moved into a new place and my washing machine has been filling up with water while the machine is switched off and flooding the bathroom. I just bought a new washing machine and paid for it to be installed but the installation guy told me he needed tools he didn’t have lol, and that I need to replace something. Got 0 clue what he meant so hopefully can find someone who knows what to do here cheers
