Except the blue that just needs to be smooth for wallpapering. Knock out a shelf in a cabinet so I can put the bin in there. Sand off or down weird expanding foam from under chandelier and paint white so it’s not as obvious? Have no idea what that brown stuff is. I have the paint. Parking at loading dock available.
