Looking for a qualified/licensed plumber and suitably experienced tradesperson to install a sink in a powder room. I want a recessed sink in the wall as no space behind door or in the room. There is a linen closet behind the wall where I want to place the sink, so that’s the reason for putting the sink in a niche, so I can take the room required for the sink from linen closet. All plumbing can be done under house. So pipe work can come up through floor in linen cupboard. There access with approx 700mm crawl space. Scope of works: • cut and form niche in wall for location of new sink. • Install new sink • Connect plumbing/waste services • Ensure neat and professional finish •Water proofing, tiling or advise. • Advise if any additional plumbing or wall modifications are required Looking for professional workmanship completed to Australian standards and compliant requirements — not a temporary/basic handyman fix. Sink has a long hair line crack
