Waterproofing: Apply compliant membrane to pre-framed niche, walls, junctions & penetrations (AS 3740/NCC standards). Provide QBCC certificates/Form 16 for plumbing & waterproofing. I will arrange: Demo Framing (with backing for sink) Tiling Small, straightforward job with good access. Quote for labour only. the wash basin plunger is firmly stuck and cannot be pushed to drain the wash water still in it.! It probably screwed on and locked it down too tightly and the spring mechanism cannot plunger up again. Need plumber to come fix that on monday as now the basin is unusable. My bathroom sink pop-up drain stopper is no longer working properly. The chrome stopper/cap has come off and no longer screws back onto the mechanism securely. The pop-up function also isn’t working as it should. Looking for someone to: * Inspect the sink drain/pop-up stopper mechanism * Repair and reattach the existing stopper if possible * Replace the stopper or pop-up assembly if required I’ve attached photos showing the current issue. Happy to cover the cost of any replacement parts separately if a new stopper or assembly is needed.
