Looking for an experienced stonemason to enlarge an existing single-bowl cutout in a 20mm quartz/engineered stone benchtop (Silestone) to fit a new double-bowl undermount sink (Buildmat Madison 775). Scope of Work: On-Site Stone Cutout: Enlarge the existing 35cm x 40cm cutout to fit the new double-bowl sink (775mm x 450mm overall sink size). Edge Polishing: Clean, smooth, and polish the exposed internal stone rim for a seamless undermount finish. Sink Mounting: Mechanically secure and seal the new stainless steel sink underneath the stone. Ready for Plumbing: Ensure the sink is securely fixed so it is ready for a plumber to connect the waste pipes afterwards. Notes & Requirements: Photos of the existing setup and new sink spec sheet are attached. Work is inside an apartment building in Ryde, NSW. Please provide examples of similar on-site stone cutting jobs you have completed.

Adjust the hand-wash sink water temperature Currently, the water comes out too hot. Inspect the hot/cold water setup. Adjust or repair the mixer/temperature control so the water is at a safe, comfortable temperature. Detailed oven cleaning Deep clean the oven internally and externally. Remove grease, burnt-on food and carbon build-up. Clean racks/trays, oven door and glass. Clean around edges, seals and accessible components. Photos of the oven can be provided for assessment.

Kitchen sink is separating from the counter and I would like for some to reattach it. The sink is small, roughly 30cm across and 40-50cm deep, and maybe 20 cm down. It is only partially detached, please refer to the photos.

I have a new kitchen sink/taps that requires installation. The new sink is slightly larger than the existing sink so would require widening of the benchtop cavity slightly (wood laminate benchtops, not stone). I would also like the undersink plumbing to be configured/upgraded to allow for a dishwasher to eventually be installed.

I had a sink filter tap installed 2 days ago into my stone sink but it has not been fixed correctly and is loose. Also the bench top itself has been damaged. See photos. -Install sink and tap into new bench top. -Adjust plumbing to suit sink hole location. -Replace 2x faulty shut off valves (I have put vice grips on the pipe to stop it)

My bathroom sink pop-up drain stopper is no longer working properly. The chrome stopper/cap has come off and no longer screws back onto the mechanism securely. The pop-up function also isn’t working as it should. Looking for someone to: * Inspect the sink drain/pop-up stopper mechanism * Repair and reattach the existing stopper if possible * Replace the stopper or pop-up assembly if required I’ve attached photos showing the current issue. Happy to cover the cost of any replacement parts separately if a new stopper or assembly is needed.
