The kitchen sink was recently repaired, but it is becoming loose again and looks like it may fall. This may also be causing the leak, although the exact cause is not yet known. I just need someone to properly assess the issue and provide a permanent fix rather than another temporary repair.

Change over 3 taps to a different design (customer supplied) Install an undersink RO filter system (customer supplied, might need longer 8mm? Tubing to reach the blind corner from the sink) Mount a garden hose to the house brick wall (customer supplied). Remove a small, wall-mounted sink, cut into plaster to expose water and drain lines. Extend water and drain from that wall, along a single run of cabinets ~3m long and connect 3 sinks on that line and 4 faucets. - sinks and faucets supplied, need to cut holes in the countertop for the sinks and faucets. Need to cut into the plaster to expose the drain line. Need to cut holes through the cabinetry for drain and water lines. Need you to supply the pvc pipes and water lines and any fixings. Cabinetry can be pushed back against the wall where the wall-mounted sink was, so patching the plaster is not necessary if it is cut neatly and concealed by the cabinet. Had a plumber booked in but he failed to attend, urgently needed this done yesterday.

Current Status: The unit is already unplugged from power. Water is leaking slightly from the connections, so I need someone to properly disconnect the disposal, clear out the old fittings, and set up a direct waste pipe to the P-trap. I have a new kitchen sink/taps that requires installation. The new sink is slightly larger than the existing sink so would require widening of the benchtop cavity slightly (wood laminate benchtops, not stone). I would also like the undersink plumbing to be configured/upgraded to allow for a dishwasher to eventually be installed.

I had a sink filter tap installed 2 days ago into my stone sink but it has not been fixed correctly and is loose. Also the bench top itself has been damaged. See photos. -Install sink and tap into new bench top. -Adjust plumbing to suit sink hole location. -Replace 2x faulty shut off valves (I have put vice grips on the pipe to stop it)

My bathroom sink pop-up drain stopper is no longer working properly. The chrome stopper/cap has come off and no longer screws back onto the mechanism securely. The pop-up function also isn’t working as it should. Looking for someone to: * Inspect the sink drain/pop-up stopper mechanism * Repair and reattach the existing stopper if possible * Replace the stopper or pop-up assembly if required I’ve attached photos showing the current issue. Happy to cover the cost of any replacement parts separately if a new stopper or assembly is needed.
