Hey I got this installed and it’s ugly and I also don’t think it’s correct as there is no p shape or s shape can someone please fix this for me if you lip latter me on this one I also have a toilet and sink to install aswell

I need a qualified plumber that can install and do the plumbing in my bathroom. It’s a townhouse and the bathroom is on the first floor. At the moment I only have a toilet in the bathroom and would like to install a small sink. The old tap outlet has to be moved or closed (marked with a x in one of the pictures provided) The new sink must be installed behind the closed door (the current door will be removed and I will install a French door so no problem). Just to be clear the plumbing connection has to be done too as there is nothing there at the moment. Qualified and insured plumbers only as it is a strata building.

I need a sink installed in a patio area, the sewerage pipe is accessible from the patio side and will need to be modified for a second sink. There is a kitchenette with water supply directly on the other side of the brick wall. New hot and cold taps would need to be connected to the patio side, and an Everhard slim laundry unit installed. I also need a fridge in the kitchenette connected to the cold water tap, there are two cupboards between the fridge and the water supply and the hose would need to be fed through them. Must be a licenced plumber.

A plumber did a terrible job at installing this. The edges are not neat and the sink leaks at the bottom pipe.

Needing this tap at out sink fixed. It’s come loose but works fine.

To Install the following items; Install and a new twin basin sink and connect to the existing utility pipe or if needed change configuration to fit, sealing gaps and securing sink to the benchtop. (See photos of sink and existing pipe) Install a rangehood and connect to power. Both power outlet and ducting are behind the plaster board at the present. Rangehood comes with its own ducting. (Rangehood as per photos) Install a 900mm gas cooktop and connect to existing gas outlet or if necessary configure to fit and using appliance-grade silicone sealant to secure cooktop to the benchtop. All works to come with a warranty and trade person to be fully licenced and insured. This job is inclusive of parts to be supplied by trade person which will be some PVC pipes for the sink and a gas hose for the cooktop.

Our kitchen sink has started to smell. We’ve tried Draino but it hasn’t fixed the problem. There’s also an old water filter attached (might be part of the issue) and a coffee machine that needs to be disconnected from the water supply.

Remove existing sink and tap and install new sink and tap. Sink is over bench, bench top is Caesarstone. New sink has been measured by a plumber to fit.
