I need a sink installed in a patio area, the sewerage pipe is accessible from the patio side and will need to be modified for a second sink. There is a kitchenette with water supply directly on the other side of the brick wall. New hot and cold taps would need to be connected to the patio side, and an Everhard slim laundry unit installed. I also need a fridge in the kitchenette connected to the cold water tap, there are two cupboards between the fridge and the water supply and the hose would need to be fed through them. Must be a licenced plumber.

Sink tap: • Tap is slightly loose at the base — needs tightening from underneath the sink. 2. Dishwasher handle: • Handle has come loose and needs to be securely reattached. It’s a standard integrated dishwasher (nothing major, just needs proper tightening/fixing). 3. Mount large mirror (IKEA HOVET): • Mirror weighs around 20 kg and comes with two IKEA safety brackets (L-shaped pieces for anti-tip support). Need you to make it renter friendly so get it right the first time please • I’d like it mounted on the wall above a fuse box using proper wall anchors or a heavy-duty hanging method (e.g. French cleat or toggle bolts). • Wall is plasterboard — so I’ll need suitable heavy-duty fixings (please bring your own). • Happy for you to use the supplied brackets as safety restraints once it’s mounted. Tools / Materials: Please bring your own tools, anchors/screws, and wall plugs rated for 20 kg+.

I have a trough sink 140cm to use in a photo minilab. I want it mounted, supply and install drain and tap hardware.

I'm working on a backyard project at my home in Leppington and I’m looking for a plumber to help with some connections. I have: • A sink I want to install outside • Hot and cold water points already on the wall • A gas point nearby that I want to use for a BBQ connection • I also found a drain in the grass, but I’m not sure if it’s for stormwater or if I can use it for sink waste — could you please check if it’s suitable? I'm pouring a concrete slab this Saturday (I’ve already dug out the grass and installed timber at level). There are three existing drains that I’ve joined together and lifted slightly so they sit above the new slab level. To Install the following items; Install and a new twin basin sink and connect to the existing utility pipe or if needed change configuration to fit, sealing gaps and securing sink to the benchtop. (See photos of sink and existing pipe) Install a rangehood and connect to power. Both power outlet and ducting are behind the plaster board at the present. Rangehood comes with its own ducting. (Rangehood as per photos) Install a 900mm gas cooktop and connect to existing gas outlet or if necessary configure to fit and using appliance-grade silicone sealant to secure cooktop to the benchtop. All works to come with a warranty and trade person to be fully licenced and insured. This job is inclusive of parts to be supplied by trade person which will be some PVC pipes for the sink and a gas hose for the cooktop.

Our kitchen sink has started to smell. We’ve tried Draino but it hasn’t fixed the problem. There’s also an old water filter attached (might be part of the issue) and a coffee machine that needs to be disconnected from the water supply.

Remove existing sink and tap and install new sink and tap. Sink is over bench, bench top is Caesarstone. New sink has been measured by a plumber to fit.
