Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced in cabinetry/joinery to build and install a custom sink cabinet/counter similar to the reference photo attached. The unit will run along the wall and should include a double stainless-steel sink on the right-hand side and cabinet storage underneath. On the left-hand side, I need an open space underneath the benchtop for a small bar fridge. The fridge itself is not required/supplied as part of the job. I’m looking for a simple, clean design: * Black cabinetry and black benchtop, similar to the reference * Double stainless-steel sink * Simple cabinet doors underneath — no shelves/drawers required * Open space for a small fridge on the left * Cabinet/benchtop made to fit the wall from side to side * Cut-outs/adjustments as required around existing services * Taps are not required Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can measure, manufacture, supply and install the complete unit, including the sink and necessary plumbing connection if possible.

Stone vanity top, hole for waste for sink is little too small. Needs to be widened to approx 80mm minimum from 50mm, and hole for tap to about 50mm from about 35mm. Stone is 15mm thick. Current dimensions do not fit standard size waste and new tap. Sink then needs to be installed and tap in bathroom vanity. See pictures for sink and tap to be installed

Sink has a hole in it. Perfume bottle dropped and cracked it. Not sure if it fixable or needs replaced. In ensuite some matching. Sink is 54cm Long and 34.2 wide.

I have a new kitchen sink/taps that requires installation. The new sink is slightly larger than the existing sink so would require widening of the benchtop cavity slightly (wood laminate benchtops, not stone). I would also like the undersink plumbing to be configured/upgraded to allow for a dishwasher to eventually be installed.

I had a sink filter tap installed 2 days ago into my stone sink but it has not been fixed correctly and is loose. Also the bench top itself has been damaged. See photos. Sink has dropped from vanity table in bathroom. Needs prior experience on similar issues. All tools and consumables to be provided by you

-Install sink and tap into new bench top. -Adjust plumbing to suit sink hole location. -Replace 2x faulty shut off valves (I have put vice grips on the pipe to stop it)

My bathroom sink pop-up drain stopper is no longer working properly. The chrome stopper/cap has come off and no longer screws back onto the mechanism securely. The pop-up function also isn’t working as it should. Looking for someone to: * Inspect the sink drain/pop-up stopper mechanism * Repair and reattach the existing stopper if possible * Replace the stopper or pop-up assembly if required I’ve attached photos showing the current issue. Happy to cover the cost of any replacement parts separately if a new stopper or assembly is needed.

Plumber to install laundry sink and hook drainage up to main waste line which sits just outside. Fit off of tap too if you like.

New mixer tap installed in kitchen sink is leaking at isolation valve which has been replaced and still leaking.
