Looking for someone experienced with custom flyscreens to measure, supply and install a high-quality flyscreen for the bathroom window shown in the photos. The apartment is in a heritage-protected Art Deco building, so I would prefer to avoid anything that materially alters the exterior appearance or requires inappropriate modification of the original window. For that reason, the screen will most likely need to be installed internally. I still need to be able to easily access and open/close the existing window, so I’m interested in a removable, magnetic, hinged or retractable solution, rather than a permanently fixed screen that blocks access. I’m open to other suggestions if there is a better way to achieve this. I’m looking for a custom, neat and relatively premium solution that suits the existing timber window and looks properly integrated rather than like a basic DIY stick-on mesh screen. Broken door needs repairing: Replace section of timber jamb as existing broken off. Re fix to frame and install strike plate. Patch and fill existing areas and make sure door closes and locks correctly. Supply install new Lockwood 001 D/L to front door as existing is broken and cannot be re used and is not secure. I have a bathroom pocket/cavity sliding door that has come off its overhead track (see photos). I've tried to re-seat it myself without success. There's a wooden trim piece running along the side of the track mechanism that appears to be glued (not just screwed) to the door frame — I attempted to remove the screws but the trim won't budge, which is likely blocking access to the roller/track assembly. This might be a quick fix for someone experienced with sliding/cavity doors, but could also need a bit of carpentry work if the trim has to be carefully freed or replaced. Happy to increase the budget after an onsite look if more work is required. What's needed: -- Assess why the door has come off the track -- Free/remove the glued trim piece without damaging the frame (if needed) -- Re-hang the door and adjust rollers so it slides smoothly Reinstall or replace trim as needed Photos attached showing the door, the track mechanism, and the trim piece.

(1) I have some ceiling holes made by an electrician that need to be patched (I have the pieces of gyprock), and a couple of smaller 10mm drill areas (2 through plaster and 2 through brick) than need to be filled with an appropriate filler. And then painted as below. (2) There are a few small patches around the areas of the holes that have glue on the wall and/or paint ripped off from previous ducting that needs sanding back/off, then painted. (3) I will provide ceiling and wall paints for you to paint the affected areas once patched. See photos. The ceiling at the highest point where most of the holes are is 3.6m. One of the areas is under a stairwell, which might be reached by a stair-compatible ladder or possibly from the stairs at the same level on the other side. See Photo of stairwell. This is a residential property, there are no access issues, it is my home. Parking: There is no dedicated parking, I can provide all-day street parking permits. Usually it does not take long to get a park during a weekday.
