The wood has rotted through on these doors so the door locks/handles can’t be screwed into the wood. Want to repair and not replace the doors. May need new door handles and locks and if so can buy these ready to be installed with the job. Two doors in total! Updated with pictures of the handles

Tighten deadlock on front door which moves around when key is in it 3. Install 2 new spires on front railing (owner to supply spires, you to install) 4. Remove and replace two deadlocks (you to supply), or alternatively remove the deadlocks & patch holes (painting to be done by my painter) 5. Install 3 new curtain rods and curtains to external windows (owner to supply) 6. Install 4 pendant lights (owner to supply)—there is an existing light bulb from the ceiling, just the pendant light needs to be installed to it 7. Rectify alignment of kitchen cabinet doors (may require adjustment and/or replacement of hinges) 8. Replace handle for kitchen window (you to supply) 9. Replace shower curtain rod (you to supply) & install shower curtain (owner to supply) 10. Replace towel rails (you to supply) 11. Replace ventilation fan in shower (you to supply) 12. The blind is holding by a thread. I anticipate that it will require a total re string. It wasn’t an expensive blind so likely cheap thread used which has become thread bare with repeated use.
