My salon ceiling has water damage and a small section around a downlight that has cracked. We have an internal door that no longer closes properly — likely due to slight movement in the house and/or a latch issue. The ceiling is solid concrete, so this will require proper drilling and installation of heavy-duty anchor points suitable for dynamic load (not just decorative use). Our front door is getting harder and harder to close and I need someone to fix it. It is rubbing above door lock (see photos), and seems to be slightly off kilter. I'm not sure of the best solution, but I guess it could be fixed by sanding the door or frame, or hanging. See attached photos.
