I’m looking to have someone repair and re-render a small facade which is approximately 3000mm high by 5500 mm wide.

Hi everyone, I’m looking for an experienced painter/waterproofer to quote on patching, sealing, waterproofing and painting an exposed rendered wall on my property. Job Details: • Wall size: Approx 6 metres long × 3 metres high (the grey area) • Surface: Grey unpainted cement render and timber header/aluminium flashing (the section clearly shown in the attached photos – not the painted brick wall next to it) • Location: East facing wall, accessible from neighbour’s property • Condition: Multiple fine hairline cracks across the render. There is also evidence of a small amount of internal water ingress, likely coming through the joints or cracks. • Required work: • Thorough cleaning of the surface • Repair and patching of all cracks and any loose render • Proper sealing and waterproofing using a breathable system suitable for exposed rendered walls in Sydney’s weather • Apply quality exterior masonry paint (colour match vanilla ice cream paint colour adjacent) • Keep all existing weep vents clear and functional Access is from the corrugated iron roof below. Roughly render an outdoor bench seat that has been built out of bessa blocks and concrete. Need: - rounded edges - slight fall on seat so water runs off - sandy finish Need: - Rounded edges - slight fall on seat surface - acrylic render with sandy finish

Re-render some of the walls and render the trim of flower bed / patio

I would like someone to bag a wall in my back courtyard, I have attached pictures showing the walls and the approximate measurements. I have also attached a photo with the type of finished texture I would like. There are a few nails etc in the wall which would also need to be removed beforehand, and a water line which would need to be avoided.

The gate is no longer fitting after render patching (it fit before) so I'm seeing if we can shave off and patch several mm in sections to be able to fit the door. Also need to install the door with bolts.

Need a handyman to work for 6 hours. Small rendering job. Happy if you do your. best. Everything on site no need to buy anything. Payment the first 2 hours.
