The gas supply has been taken as far as the fireplace but not yet attached to the heater. The heater needs to be installed in the fireplace, connected to the gas supply with an exhaust pipe extended into the chimney.

Hi. We have a Jetmaster Fireplace that we would like servicing. We have moved into the house and it works fine for a while but then goes off. I think it just needs a service.

In a terrace house bedroom, the back walls of 2 cupboards need sanding and then a skim of plain plaster to seal. Adjacent fireplace needs sanding and plaster for repairs to broken mortar in the hearth and sides, removal of a flimsy seal to the chimney, washing inside the chimney above the fireplace then sealed the a sheet of CFC and plastered to seams. All ready for paint. No chemicals, just plaster and CFC board.
