Replace bathroom door hardware and repaint door. I have already purchased a new privacy door handle and new hinges. I’m looking for someone to remove the existing handle/hinges, install the new hardware, make any minor adjustments needed so the door closes and latches smoothly, and repaint the door. Paint can be supplied. Door is currently installed and otherwise in good condition :)

This lock from the inside has a button that opens the door. However the thing that presses and makes it work keeps spinning and is making it not be able to open. Need it fixed or replaced

I need a skilled carpenter to install architrave on door in bathroom. 1 x door, both sides The tiling protrudes the door jambs, so it’s unclear to me whether the jambs need to be replaced or if the architraves can be cut/shaved to accommodate. The protrusion varies and just two sides of the doors. In some sections it’s up 17mm There is also a section at the bottom on the door jamb that has written and needs to be replaced Please quote for supply and install, include one coat of undercoat paint.
