The basement door is old & solid so just need the old stop and jam (hinge post?) replaced with a solid beam and installed as its got signs of rot and the doors out of plumb. Also need a new cylinder for the existing lock and 2 keys to suit. Hit me with a quote. More photos coming Monday.

I need someone to fix the door if possible or replace it.

Repair or replace door handle that has completely come apart

Small Pane of glass on a door has smashed and needs replacing. Would require an experienced carpenter to remove smashed pane and replace with a new one matching style of existing pane (would need sourcing - cost would be on top of task price). May also need minor paint touch-up if required.
