Looking for an experienced smart lock installer to replace an existing Samsung digital door lock (screen has been worn down over the years by UV and use) with a NEW in box Samsung SHP-R80 push-pull smart lock. Important context: * Current lock is already a Samsung digital lock - however screen is old and whole lock needs replacing * Door is already cut for a Samsung mortise system * New lock uses the same type of mortise/footprint * This should be a straightforward like-for-like replacement Scope: * Remove existing Samsung lock * Install new SHP-R80 (new lock) * Ensure proper alignment (handle + latch smooth) * Test full functionality (lock/unlock, calibration) No major drilling expected - existing cut-out and mortise already in place. Location: Paddington 📍 Timing: Ideally on Friday 1st May. However there is flexibly - just need to confirm when you are available and we can try to align. We have 3 door handles that need to be fixed/replaced (more likely replaced). Two of them are interior doors with old handles where the connecting screws are just stripped so they slip off. One is an outside gate latch that won't stay closed. Pictures of interior doors are here. This is probably a two part job: 1\ come over and see if you can fix what we have now in an easy way 2\ if not, order hardware that works for the doors and come back and install. If you can fix it all on the first shot reliably then we're happy to pay the full price for that. Apparently these are classic mortice lock + spindle door knob doors. We will pay for the hardware of course if anything needs to be purchased.

bedroom sliding door needs fixing, looks like the key hole has pushed out.

The front door mechanism just continues to rotate with a key inside. Instead of the key unlocking the door. I believe the mechanism may have broken and may need replacement. However, it could just need repair. Located in Paddington Sydney. Need this done Monday 19th as I can’t use the front door.

Studio out the back of the house has inadvertently locked. Need locksmith to come and unlock.

Our front door is a pull to close door (no handle to twist on the outside), however we really have to slam the door in order for it to close and lock properly. Wondering if there is anything that can be done so that we don't have to slam the door so forcefully/loudly to close it. I have a video demonstrating this and am happy to text it through to demonstrate the issue further.

Fix 2 x Door Locks. One of the locks is loose and needs tightening. The other isn’t closing.. the alignment seems to be out (can show via video).

I have a bathroom door handle that is always going loose and eventually falling off if not tightened. Someone previously put an extra screw in it to fix, but I want it fix properly. Probably needs a new door handle set required. Generally would do this myself but looking to outsource to get it fixed quickly without me needing to go to Bunnings and get parts etc.
