Looking for someone experienced to assemble a bathroom cabinet and securely fix it to the wall. Must have own tools including a detector to identify water pipes/cables behind the wall.

The door got damaged during moving. I tried to patch it myself, but the paint color doesn’t match. Need someone experienced who can make it look right and pass the move-out inspection. Please reach out if you can help.

I need a hand removing the orb on this pendant light so I can clean out the bug graveyard and then help putting it back in place. Shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes tops. The glass isn’t heavy but it’s large and the way it’s connected to the bulb section is awkward to get it off. Need a second set of careful hands who gets how to unhook this (and get it back on after cleaning). Located in Moorabbin, would like to get this done asap but must be before Friday as house staging is taking place. Appreciate anyone local who can stop by and lend a hand. Thank you.
