The faucet spout of my kitchen sink is lose, and the entire thing (including the tap) rotates/wobbles when I try to rotate just the spout. I think a screw is loose underneath but I don't have a wrench and can't easily reach behind the sink basins underneath. Can't upload a video unfortunately but photos show it's loose and rotates with the tap.

There is a solid balustrade that I would like a wall built on top it all the way to the lower floor ceiling. At the base of this new wall I need a lockable door installed, the door should be solid(external rated) and as large as possible the distance between the bottom of the stairs steps and main wall is 950 mm x 950 mm. It will be possible to remove some of the balustrade dressing to make this door at least 920 mm. Framed up sheeted and painted.
