Small hole/dent in an internal plasterboard/Gyprock wall that needs to be repaired before an end-of-lease inspection. The damaged area is only a few centimetres wide. Photo attached. I would like the job to include: plaster/Gyprock repair filling and sanding primer paint colour matching paint touch-up The finished area should blend in with the existing wall as much as possible and ideally not be noticeable during the end-of-lease inspection. Please confirm whether your offer includes labour, materials and painting. Please also let me know if you can colour-match the existing wall if I do not have the original paint.

Need shower screen installer/bathroom repair specialist to inspect and fix water escaping from my frameless shower enclosure. When the shower is being used, water is flowing out from the LEFT side of the shower opening, underneath/around the bottom of the fixed glass panel. The water then travels along the bathroom floor/grout line towards the floor waste. Silicone has previously been applied around the bottom of the shower screen, but this has not solved the problem, I would like someone experienced to: • Inspect the left-hand opening/bottom of the fixed glass panel where the water is escaping. • Check whether the shower screen requires a proper bottom seal, water stop, threshold or channel to prevent water escaping - rectify the problem

I’m looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman to complete a few jobs at my home on Thursday. Jobs include: * Install 2 x IKEA VIDGA curtain tracks in bedrooms (tracks will need to be cut to size). * Hang 2 pairs of IKEA SANELA curtains on the tracks. * Install 1 standard curtain rod and hang curtains over a doorway. * Plane/shave 3 internal bedroom doors in preparation for new carpet being installed the following day. Please bring your own tools, including: * Saw suitable for cutting aluminium curtain tracks. * Door planer. * General carpentry tools. I’m looking for someone who has experience installing curtain tracks (IKEA or similar) and who takes care to ensure everything is level and neatly finished.

Looking for an experienced signage installer to install a stud-mounted sign consisting of 6 individual characters(approximately 2m wide) to the exterior facade of our commercial building in Mascot. The installation height is approximately 5-6 metres above ground. An installation template will be supplied. Installer must provide their own tools and any required access equipment, and have experience with stud-mounted or 3D lettering signage to ensure the letters are accurately positioned, level, and securely fixed. End-of-lease wall patching / make-good repair I’m moving out and need a practical make-good repair for wall mounting holes. There are holes from three TV mounts and one mirror mount. I can remove the brackets myself and handle the sanding/painting/touch-ups, but I’d like someone to properly fill/patch the holes so the walls are presentable for end of lease. I do have some repair materials here, but please bring your own tools/materials in case anything else is needed. Looking for a clean rental make-good, not a full repaint. Needed between 4–6 August, flexible on time. Photos to come. I’m capable of doing the basic touch-ups myself, just outsourcing the patching as I’m managing a move at the same time.
