The gyprock wall has multiple old anchor screws and holes in the wall. The first wall needs to be patched, plastered and painted. My salon ceiling has water damage and a small section around a downlight that has cracked. The ceiling will likely need the damaged plasterboard cut out, replaced, patched and made ready for painting. Photos attached. Ideally someone who has experience with ceiling repairs and downlights. I have a section of wall outside my laundry cupboard that has been damaged by humidity from the dryer. The paint has bubbled and the wall underneath is now soft/spongy, so I believe the gyprock needs to be cut out and replaced (not just patched over). This is located next to a light switch. Scope of work: - Cut out the damaged section of gyprock - Install new plasterboard patch (with proper backing) - Tape, joint, sand, and smooth the surface - Prime and repaint to match existing wall (we'll supply the paint) Important: This has been caused by moisture, so I need a proper fix rather than a surface patch I can send more photos if needed.
