I will be having someone rendering a brick fireplace in each of my two apartments. Once these dry, I need someone who can lime wash the rendered walls as well as the gyprock walls above this and paint the inside of the fireplace black. Paint supplied. There are two apartments. Hi I am after someone to install gyprock on two small walls, and extend a suspended ceiling (to discuss on site).

I’ve already run all the Cat6 cables through the ceiling to the exact AP locations. I need someone to mount two Ubiquiti access points on a gyprock ceiling (approx 600g each). Proper ceiling-rated anchors or fixing into timber will be required — the included plastic plugs aren’t suitable. I also need one external Ubiquiti access point mounted on a masonry wall. The cable is already in the ceiling above that location and can drop straight down behind the unit. No cabling work required — just mounting and securing the three APs. photos show the two ceilings and one external wall

New raked ceiling needs to be sheeted in 13mm gyprock, walls need to be sheeted in 16mm firecheck, and some small sections of sheeting to be done downstairs in aquacheck. Setting and sanding to be done on all gyprock. I will provide materials to be ready on site. I have scaffolding on site.

Hi, I need to reinstall a plaster cornice above a bathroom window. The previous installer did not secure it properly (insufficient adhesive and poor nailing into framing), so the cornice has come loose and fallen down. Scope of work: • Reinstall plaster (gyprock) cornice securely • Use proper cornice cement/adhesive • Ensure strong fixing into framing • Tidy up joins and finish smoothly • No painting required The original piece is available and can be reused if suitable, otherwise I can purchase a new one if recommended.
