Looking for an experienced handyman for a few small Gyprock/plaster repairs and a king-size bed move. Work required: * Fill and patch approximately 15 small drill holes around the house * Sand and paint/touch up the repaired areas * Repair a small chipped/damaged section of Gyprock/plaster on an external corner, then finish and paint neatly * Dismantle one king-size bed, move it into another room and reassemble it I will supply the paint. Please supply the required patching/Gyprock materials and tools. The plasterwork needs to be properly patched, sanded and painted to a neat finish for an end-of-lease inspection.

We have finished putting up new gyprock but we haven’t had time to complete the final finish coat and sanding. Have applied the paper tape and first two layers of compound. Need the final coat to be done and the area sanded so it’s ready to be painted.

Hi, I need an experienced handyman or ceiling fixer for a duct diffuser upgrade and ceiling repair. Work details (5 diffusers in total): 1. Enlarge ceiling holes for 5 diffusers: The existing ceiling cutouts are smaller than the new diffusers, so all 5 holes need to be cut/enlarged to fit the new sizes. 2. Connect & Secure: Connect flexi ducts to the new diffusers using cable ties and Gorilla duct tape, then fit diffusers securely into the ceiling. 3. 1 Gyprock Repair: 1 cutout area has damaged plasterboard around it. Needs proper plaster repair (V-groove, mesh tape, base/top coat filling, and smooth sanding - paint ready). Note: High ceiling / ladder and plasterboard saw required. All materials (Diffusers, UNI-PRO mesh tape, Parfix filler, Gorilla tape, cable ties) are provided on-site. No painting required.

At a standstill with our project, my pop was helping me but unfortunately had a scooter accident and has broken 2 ribs..so nothing has happened in this space in nearly 3 weeks. Im hoping to find someone with experience in gyprocking to finish the joints for me. I was following along so dont really know the ins and outs but from what I understand, some is finished and some still needs top coat, a bit of sanding etc. The space involves 3 small rooms and one larger room. The small rooms are around 3x2m and the large is about 6/7m x 4/5m Have basic tools and materials but whoever takes the job will need to just let me know if more materials are required and I can organise them seperately to this jobs budget..not too much wiggle room on budget because I am a single income household

gyprock bulk head kitchen L shaped 100mm out from cupboard using pgi and furring channel cash Bulk head will start from freezer cabinet 100mm throughout but the three cabinet will have bulkhead 300mm out. I have attached the display. So similar to that. Don't get confused with dark paint near the ceiling in the display. It is just a gap covered with dark paint.

We need to repair the gyprock wall in our bathroom before we can waterproof and tile.

Hole through plasterboard wall and crack repair. Need patching, sanding, texture match and repaint

One side of the bathroom ceiling/cornice area is coming loose and partially falling down. The side near the blinds/windows is fine, but the opposite side needs repair. Today, Tomorrow, Friday. I also need 3 small spots/holes on the ceiling repaired and patched. Area: 237 cm x 164 cm Job includes: • Inspecting the damaged area • Securing/pinning back loose ceiling sections • Repairing/resecuring the cornice area • Patching and sanding the 3 ceiling spots • Checking for any underlying issues, such as an active roof leak, that may be causing the ceiling to come loose

I need a quote for re panelling of a room. The room will be stripped of all the old plaster ceiling and walls. The room is a jarrah timber frame and has the following dimensions of 302cm deep, 270cm high and 490 cm long. After taking out the back exit and front door and window I estimate the is around 50 sqr metres . I need the ceil installed and 4 walls. Not sure if it is best for me to provide material or not. Not sure what the final price will but presume there is about $1K in material plus labour

Main section is 2500(h) x 1600 (w) Under window 300(h) x 1800 (w) Needs new edging at window to tie into new sheets. External: Remove wood look Hardie plank and replace cracked fibre cement sheets behind. Dimensions similar to gyprock, may vary depending on joints in the sheets. Have three gyprocked frames in windows that need flushed with wall and ready to be painted. 2 are 2400×600 and 1 is 1400×600.

Looking for someone to install some ceiling boards

Needs fixes for the following. A patch of plaster/paint has peeled or chipped away on the edges of the wall . A small hole in the gyprock/drywall . rubbish bin cabinet door need to fixed, probably worn out hinges.
