I’m looking for someone to pick up a dryer from a friend’s place in Epping and deliver it to my laundry in Coogee, then install it. Details: • Pickup: Epping – dryer is in a garage attached to an apartment building (easy access) • Drop-off: Coogee – two flights of stairs down to the laundry, street parking available • Standard household dryer • Installation required at the destination (placing it on the laundry wall) Please note this job requires appropriate equipment (e.g. trolley) and the ability to safely move a dryer down one flight of stairs. Please bring any equipment needed to safely move the dryer (e.g. trolley, straps, drill). Let me know your availability and experience moving appliances.

Looking for an experienced handyman for several small repairs at Double Bay apartments. Location – Double Bay (apartment building) Unit 3: • Fix loose power outlet faceplate • Replace kitchen light bulb not working • Fix loose light switch • Check ceiling fan light not turning on • Tighten toilet seat Unit 5: • Replace flickering kitchen light • Replace flickering bathroom light All tasks are small general maintenance items. Rebooking task between Jimmy and Mohamad

I currently have a light (hanging pendant) installed, and I would like to remove that and install a new ceiling fan. The ceiling fan is new in box and ready to be installed. There didn’t used to be a fan there as far as I know so there may be some bracing needed. Photos attached.

The top screws in our bifold door are falling out, they may have lost their thread as it keeps happening. Need the issue fixed as the door is tough to close when they are loose!

Our front door is getting harder and harder to close and I need someone to fix it. It is rubbing above door lock (see photos), and seems to be slightly off kilter. I'm not sure of the best solution, but I guess it could be fixed by sanding the door or frame, or hanging. See attached photos.

I want a new toilet seat - one screw in the quick release seat is stripped so I can’t remove it. I need someone to remove it and buy a new one from Bunnings and fit it.

We are moving into our new place and need help getting it ready for move in: - install 3 curtain rods, single rail, wall mounted from bunnings (150cm window width) - install 3 hanger rails (1 in each of 3 closets) as we want a second hanger rail to make better use of space. Ideally, you can bring all required material to fix it - put 3 nails in the wall I will go to bunnings today to buy the material. But you will need to bring the drill and potentially different screws/ nails just in case. It is concrete walls for the rods I think and for the hanger, its typical in-built closets
