Find an experienced handyman in Carnegie

Looking for a reliable handyman to help with several small repair jobs in my ground-level, double-brick apartment. ⦁ Patching and repainting wall/ceiling cracks (mainly kitchen and living room areas – see photos) ⦁ Clean old silicone and and re-seal around windows and frames ⦁ Replace tap and handheld shower hose in the bathroom ⦁ Patch and repaint toilet in white (small grey section in the picture) No materials are included, but happy to reimburse with receipts.

We can't get the old toilet seat fixings out - one of the screws is stuck and won't come out even with WD40 and using a drill. Need to remove it and then install the new seat

Need help with fixing small holes in wall and chipped door frame

A light fitting above our stairs has been knocked out of place - one of the screws has come out of the plaster board roof. The light sits in centre of stairwell, about 15ft up (see pictures). You will need STAIRS LADDERS. Require securing/screwing back into ceiling.

I need the toilet seat changed, I have purchased a new one. Also my ring camera outside is too high up for me to change. I have a recharged battery ready to swap in. Finally, I have 2 skylights that are on a flat verandah roof that need to be cleaned. A handy person would probably suit these jobs. If cleaning skylights throws people off the job, I'm happy to just get the toilet and camera done. It would be a bonus if all three jobs could be done.

Hi, I would like to change door lever to one of the internal doors from passage to privacy (I have already bought the product). I would also like to change keying to three doors.

Looking for someone with experience to install 2 vinyl decals for shop retail windows. Approx size 3x2m. The decals are in 3 pieces each (drop down) with a 20mil overlap. Must have done this before. You’ll need your own equipment to clean window and put them on correctly. Decals are ready to be stuck on.
