I need to get one of my doors fixed which has broken down

I’ve got a 3kw conversion kit that I need help being repaired. All the issues I currently know are the cable from the battery to the charger is cut, one or few of the spokes are broken and spoke nuts inside the actual rim, ukc1 screen broken, suspected hall sensors broken and the bike only throttles when you hold down the power button on the ukc1.

Need someone to help fix a few plaster cracks across the house due to re-levelling the house and fill 3 gaps where we have removed lights in the ceiling.

A light fitting above our stairs has been knocked out of place - one of the screws has come out of the plaster board roof. The light sits in centre of stairwell, about 15ft up (see pictures). You will need STAIRS LADDERS. Require securing/screwing back into ceiling.

I need the toilet seat changed, I have purchased a new one. Also my ring camera outside is too high up for me to change. I have a recharged battery ready to swap in. Finally, I have 2 skylights that are on a flat verandah roof that need to be cleaned. A handy person would probably suit these jobs. If cleaning skylights throws people off the job, I'm happy to just get the toilet and camera done. It would be a bonus if all three jobs could be done.

Looking for someone with experience to install 2 vinyl decals for shop retail windows. Approx size 3x2m. The decals are in 3 pieces each (drop down) with a 20mil overlap. Must have done this before. You’ll need your own equipment to clean window and put them on correctly. Decals are ready to be stuck on.
