Hello, I need a handy man to help me set up my Airbnb. I just moved in so there are a few things I need help with / advice on what to do. Ideally I'd like someone to come and see the place beforehand so we can chat about options and get a quote on everything that's required to be done. 1. There is an outdoor area that houses the washing machine. The area needs a general clean, and perhaps a way to lift the washing machine off the floor. Any suggestions on how to improve the area would be great. 2. I need the door to this outdoor area replaced. 3. The toilet seat needs replacing. 4. The rail in the bathroom needs tightening. 5. The ceiling surrounding the light fixtures needs a touch up of paint. 6. Some walls needs some love with touches of paint too 7. A step needs to be added on that's fallen off. 8. The corners are starting to crack from the walls / ceiling - advice on how to close that up or paint it?
