Need someone to re-sand polish and install new floorboards for a property in Brunswick. I’m getting it underpinned so have had to rip up the boards in the hallway. Looking to replace boards in hallway and re-sand and polish boards in the rest of the house. I believe it is Baltic pine

Keen to have my floorboards vacuumed, mopped, and polished, and in particular — need help with some strong carpet tape residue left on the timber. We’ve removed most of the actual tape, but there’s still a fair bit of stubborn sticky residue left that’s proving tricky to remove. Looking for someone with experience in floor cleaning and gentle adhesive removal who can get the boards looking clean again without damaging the varnish or timber. Ideally you’ll bring your own supplies (e.g. mop, polish, adhesive remover, scraper, cloths, etc.). I have a vacuum for use. Sand and polish timber floor 1 room 4400 x 3800. Existing floor has been sanded and stained. There is a section which was under a built in robe (now removed) which has not been touched.
