Require an electrician to repair a ceiling fan. The remote turns the light on but not the fan. When clicking the fan button on the remote the fan beeps twice. I’ve attempted re-syncing a different remote but the issue persists.

I have an issue with the exhaust fan in the bathroom. It seems to be an issue with the motor, as the fan either doesn't spin at all, or does so very very slowly. The fuse of the bathroom switch that turns on both the fan and the light is working, as the light still turns on. So my best guess is that there's an issue with the motor that can either be fixed or the motor needs replacing. I've attached some pics, hopefully they help. What would be the rough cost estimate for a repair like this? Can negotiate on cost. The model name / number is: Heller EX250.
