Yesterday I had some movers install my washing machine but when I tried to turn it on it wasn’t working and was shaking and saying “error”. They installed it yesterday and I tried to do a normal cycle but the water wasn’t fill in up inside. It was leaking from the bottom. I then did a draining cycle to empty it and I thought that would fix it. I tried to do another wash cycle and then it started shaking and moved forward and was leaking. Then I got an error message on the screen. At my last place the washer was on a piece of wood and some foam, I think being used at the legs? But now it is not on anything just the floor. Maybe it needs the feet to be set up?
