Bought a Mesh Deco router and am having issues with the Ethernet cable. Have tried cat.5e and 6a cables, one of which is now stuck inside the wall and the router. Will need you to remove the cable and connect the router.

We are in the process of moving into a new apartment. We are trying to connect the modem/internet and realised and how tech-savvy we are not. We need someone who can come to our new apartment and get our internet set up. One of the issues we have is that it requires an Ethernet cable (which we've bought) however neither of our laptops have the proper plug in. I have the following details: * FTTB * Wireless N300 VDSL2/ADSL2+ Modem Router * Kogan Internet (which is apparently through Vodafone?) We need: * Modem and internet connected * Hopefully someone who can help out with the Ethernet cable issue - you either have whatever equipment is required or you can advise beforehand of there is anything we need to get. We are hoping to be moved in by Monday, and be ready to work from home. If that timeframe is impossible, please let me know what you can do. I have no idea on cost so please provide your estimate. Internet not connecting. Purchased new modem but still not working

The property has an NBN box, however the existing wall socket/cabling doesn’t match the connection required by the NBN box. We can provide photos beforehand so you can identify what adapter/cable is needed. If an adapter or cable is required, we’re happy to increase the task price to cover the reasonable cost of purchasing it, provided it’s the correct item and gets everything working. We also have a Google Wi-Fi/Nest Wi-Fi pack with 3 units that needs to be connected and configured throughout the property. I’m in an apartment in St Lucia with an NBN FTTB/VDSL service. There appears to be an old telephone/data termination point inside the apartment, but there is currently no usable DSL socket. There is also a communications/distribution cabinet on the floor. I need an ACMA-registered cabler to: * inspect and test the existing telephone/data point * trace the existing copper pair to the building MDF/IDF * complete any required jumpering * install/terminate a suitable RJ11/RJ12 DSL socket * only run a new cable if the existing pair cannot be used

I have just had 2 new data points put into a home office one runs a TV at one side of the room and one I want to run 2 computers on. I think the network switch next to the router might be faulty I would also like some advice on whether I need to upgrade my router And advise on what is the best network switch to run the 2 computers on the one point

Internet is wired from modem to points in home. Main TV used Optus Fetch box and now Optus wants it back (we dropped them). The myriad of cabling now needs to be sorted and tv reconnected to aerial.

A few old cables were cut during renovation and the WiFi is no longer working. Need someone to fix so we can connect to WiFi again.
