Just moved and need internet connected and smart tv connected

Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with home network / communications setups to help me locate any existing Opticomm or NBN network termination box in my detached house. Important: - This is NOT for installing, modifying, or opening any locked telecom cabinets. - No fibre work, no wiring changes, no drilling. - Just assistance to visually inspect common locations (garage, cupboards, laundry, external walls, roof access if safe) and confirm whether a network box exists. - Photos and confirmation only. The ISP believes there should be a network box installed, but I cannot find any inside the property. If you have experience with NBN / Opticomm / home communications layouts, please let me know. Having problems installing Wi-Fi to my security camera

I have two ethernet wall points in my daughter‘s room as I moved her desk and so I had someone move the ethernet cable that went into the back of one point and move it over to the other about a year or so ago. We have now rearranged her room and the desk is in front of the second wall point which is not connected so I would like the connection to be moved please. The distance from one wall point to the other is about 3 m just from one wall to another. No hardware needs to be supplied as everything is already there.

We have a unifi setup including internet and cameras. The internet is not reaching my husband’s office. We require 1 initial visit to identify problems and consider new purchases and potentially a second visit if required to install. System is good just require some help.

Hey all I have a Internet plugs in my house that don’t work, next to my modem there are the cables that should be the ones you plug into the modem and it goes to the wall

We have a property that is on Airbnb and the guests couldn't connect to the wi-fi. The owner is overseas but called her internet provider who confirmed all connected and they ran tests and were able to connect to the modem so not sure what is wrong. I expect someone has messed around with the plugs potentially. I think there is a wi-fi extender in the kitchen as well. The modem is in the garage. I am looking for someone to go out between guests on Monday 29/12 between 10am & 2pm. The cleaner may also be there at the same time but we have digital lock for access. I have a photo of the base of the modem that I can send once locked in. If modem is faulty and needs replacing we are happy for additional works as required.

We have just moved house and are having issues with our internet, TV, Foxtel set up. It is sporadically dropping out, freezing, looping on the same section, sound disappearing and taking ages to change channel. At first NBN wasn’t working but that has been attended to now.

I’ve been having issues with slow connection speeds on my WiFi for some time, but recently it’s completely stopped working. Hi everyone, my mobile internet normally works when I’m out and about, for example at a shopping centre, the library, or on public transport. But ever since something was done with my work phone setup the other day (I used my personal Samsung phone to test something at the time), my mobile data no longer works anywhere except at home and at work. I’ve already tried restarting the phone, but it still won’t connect to mobile data when I’m outside those two places. I need to be able to use my phone’s internet when I’m out so I can access WhatsApp, email, GPS and other apps. Could someone please assist? It will need to be in person since you’ll need to check my phone. I live in Donvale, and I’m happy to meet at a nearby café or library.
