I have a router and an internet account, I need someone to come and set everything up for me.

We need office internet setup at Marrickville office. - cabling to desks with labels to switches - procure and recommend router and switches (second hand if possible) - provide us with config files - failover / load balancing on WANs (FTTP DSL + 5G router) - neat install and documentation

Last night, the Wi-Fi in my home was working in the living room, but it wasn’t working in the master bedroom. So I tried turning the modem/router off and on again, but after that, the Wi-Fi completely stopped working. This morning, I bought a brand-new modem/router. I connected one end of the cable to the modem/router’s DSL port, and the other end to the wall outlet labelled “IN.” After connecting, only the power light and the Wi-Fi light turned on. The modem/router appears completely normal — it shows up in the Wi-Fi list, and I can even log in to the TP-Link web setup page without any issues. So the problem is clearly that the modem/router is not receiving any DSL internet signal. I have already tested every wall socket in the house, but none of them provide a DSL signal. I also spent about 30 minutes on the phone with TPG technical support, but they were not able to fix the problem. Given this situation, the only solution is for a technician to physically visit my home and check whether the internal cable is damaged, loose, or worn out — and then repair or replace it as needed.

Need someone with IT/ nbn experience to fix an ongoing internet issues, wife works from home and constantly having issues connecting to the internet. Connected with tangering and have a TP link router. Not sure if it’s something as simple as a setting. Wifi works for the most part on the phone however when my wife connects with the work laptop it can never connect or incredibly slow.

The wi-fi button desapear after a computer reset. I know a bit about computers,and already tried all the óbvios solutions, check cmd if hardware is ok, open de pc and check if the wifi is correct plug, reset network, reinstall drivers.... But the wi-fi still missing. I can use the internet by a cable, but i don't want a internet cable over my wall because the wofi box is behind a wall.

Hi everyone, my mobile internet normally works when I’m out and about, for example at a shopping centre, the library, or on public transport. But ever since something was done with my work phone setup the other day (I used my personal Samsung phone to test something at the time), my mobile data no longer works anywhere except at home and at work. I’ve already tried restarting the phone, but it still won’t connect to mobile data when I’m outside those two places. I need to be able to use my phone’s internet when I’m out so I can access WhatsApp, email, GPS and other apps. Could someone please assist? It will need to be in person since you’ll need to check my phone. I live in Donvale, and I’m happy to meet at a nearby café or library.
