Can someone come out and help us with the WiFi ASAP. It’s been working fine until now and there is no NBN outage in our areas.

We have an nbn router and three boosters. I’ve set up on Deco app. Having trouble with slow internet, looking for help with that

We are currently using Vision FTTB (TPG FTTB). An NBN technician has attended the site and provisioned a new port (see attached photo). We are looking for a network technician to assist with migrating our internet service from the existing FTTB connection to NBN. The NBN service is configured as IPoE (Dynamic IP) over VDSL. The site is located at Rundle Mall.

Have a vodaphone 5g wifi modem - need all devices connected to it and also connect possibly through my router preferably !

We have fast internet coming into our Google Nest(500-750mbps), but the internet is very unreliable even with 3 Google Nest’s around the apartment. We struggle on calls for work and can’t understand why. We have most Sonos working in the apartment but there are two integrated speakers which aren’t working. We’re open to purchasing some new tech equipment if we really have to, but want advice before we move forward with anything. Apartment located in Darlinghurst.

I have the nbn box I have the modem the connection is active from my provider but for some reason still no internet. Maybe I am missing a step ? . The modem is brand new .

Hi I am looking for help to manage screen and internet controls and protections to limit access for my 10 year old who is demonstrating screen addiction behaviours. I’m hoping someone with these skills can help me do whatever is needed to ensure that we have firewalls and time limits, passwords protected access and no access sites and anything else that you can think of that will help the situation. We have wifi, 2 TVs, a PC, and an iPad. (YouTube is a particular problem). I also need your advice on phone choices and access protections on the phone as he will get one when he starts high school in 2 years. The house has older teenagers and a young adult, all of whom manage a well balanced approach so it needs to be a fix that doesn’t limit them too much while creating much-needed limits for my youngest. My expectations are that you will come to our home, talk me through what is needed, put it all in place and show me how to manage it. Thanks 🙏

I have conformation from internet company that I’m on line, I have a NBN box and I bought a modem, I’m just struggling to get them connected

Needing help to connect nbn box internet

Looking for an experienced cabler/network technician to relocate our internet connection from upstairs to downstairs. There is already an Ethernet wall port installed downstairs. The job involves: * Testing the existing Ethernet port/cabling downstairs * Relocating the internet connection from upstairs to downstairs * Connecting and configuring it so the internet works properly downstairs * Checking the connection is stable and working before completion The cabling appears to already be in place, so this should mainly be a testing and setup job rather than a full new cable installation.

I am having trouble getting the internet on my computer going for some unknown reason it was working yesterday and now today's not going I have gone through the settings and I can't figure out why I cannot get the internet going I need help to get this done as soon as possible someone with IT computer 🖥️ experience and knows what they're doing thank you!
