The downstairs area of our house has poor internet connection. We'd like it set up so we could run a home office there.

I recently moved into a new rental. It’s essentially a sub divided lot and I have been told by the realestate that I can connect to the main house’s internet. There is an internet port in our house but I don’t know how to connect to the main houses network. We have been provided the internet Name and Password.

We have a property that is on Airbnb and the guests couldn't connect to the wi-fi. The owner is overseas but called her internet provider who confirmed all connected and they ran tests and were able to connect to the modem so not sure what is wrong. I expect someone has messed around with the plugs potentially. I think there is a wi-fi extender in the kitchen as well. The modem is in the garage. I am looking for someone to go out between guests on Monday 29/12 between 10am & 2pm. The cleaner may also be there at the same time but we have digital lock for access. I have a photo of the base of the modem that I can send once locked in. If modem is faulty and needs replacing we are happy for additional works as required.

We have just moved house and are having issues with our internet, TV, Foxtel set up. It is sporadically dropping out, freezing, looping on the same section, sound disappearing and taking ages to change channel. At first NBN wasn’t working but that has been attended to now.

Hi everyone, my mobile internet normally works when I’m out and about, for example at a shopping centre, the library, or on public transport. But ever since something was done with my work phone setup the other day (I used my personal Samsung phone to test something at the time), my mobile data no longer works anywhere except at home and at work. I’ve already tried restarting the phone, but it still won’t connect to mobile data when I’m outside those two places. I need to be able to use my phone’s internet when I’m out so I can access WhatsApp, email, GPS and other apps. Could someone please assist? It will need to be in person since you’ll need to check my phone. I live in Donvale, and I’m happy to meet at a nearby café or library.
