Our wifi and internet is down at a restaurant in Potts Point. Using Sophos and Draytek equipment. Can’t get hold of It company who set it up. Is showing network but I just unable to connect. Need urgent repair

My internet service is already active, but I need help connecting and setting it up. I have a TP-Link Deco AX3000 router connected directly to the Ethernet wall socket, but the internet is not working. I cannot find a separate modem or NBN box inside the apartment. I need someone experienced with NBN and TP-Link Deco to check the connection, configure the router and make sure the Wi-Fi works properly. I have just had 2 new data points put into a home office one runs a TV at one side of the room and one I want to run 2 computers on. I think the network switch next to the router might be faulty I would also like some advice on whether I need to upgrade my router And advise on what is the best network switch to run the 2 computers on the one point

The house already has NBN connected. The router is on the other side of the room to where I want it. The cable can be found in the roof cavity, it needs to be ''Teed" into, then the new cable can be pulled down through the wall by attaching it to a tv ariel cable that is not being used. The roof is easily accessible and I will have a ladder ready in position to enable access to the roof cavity.

Internet is wired from modem to points in home. Main TV used Optus Fetch box and now Optus wants it back (we dropped them). The myriad of cabling now needs to be sorted and tv reconnected to aerial.

A few old cables were cut during renovation and the WiFi is no longer working. Need someone to fix so we can connect to WiFi again.

The unit had the internet but in the renovation the point was removed. I believe the wire is under the house and it needs to be brought back into the unit with a new point on the wall. Plenty of room under the house.

I've recently bought some MoCA adapters to try and get wired internet to one other room. My house has foxtel and some other coax ports all over the house but when I connect the MoCA adapter, they can't find each other (MoCA connection light stays off). I know the adapters are working as they can be connected directly with a coax cable and the light comes on. I believe the problem is to figure out whether the coax cabling/foxtel ports are actually connected throughout the house and how to connect them if they are not. I need someone who may be able to help with solve this issue and get the wiring/internet fixed in the other room. Thank you.

Currently having an issue with internet not connecting. Currently connected to wifi and we checked with nbn and kogan and network is fine. The belong modem always opens on the modem/router login page

The parents have moved from TPG to superloop for nbn internet. Our current modem needs some settings changed for it to reconnect to the internet. If the modem is incompatible, we have a new one ready to be used. Once connected, the modem needs to be connected to the home mesh network and other smart devices! Thank you
