My internet stopped working 10 days ago. I called Tangarine and they checked and said evwrything was ok from their end and forwarded it to NBN who also ssid it looks ok from outside. It is a fibre to node connection and only the lights for power and wifi come on, on tje modem. I do not have a router. I have tried it with my partners modem but it did not work either. I have tried resetting the modem a bunch of times.

I think its the tv not the modem or connection as ipad connects. Its probably simple but i have been trying for 2 days now. Please help
