Am not able to configure my internet

The unit had the internet but in the renovation the point was removed. I believe the wire is under the house and it needs to be brought back into the unit with a new point on the wall. Plenty of room under the house.

I'm looking for an experienced IT/network technician to improve my home internet setup in South Yarra. The property only has access to Telstra 5G Home Internet (NBN isn't available), but the connection is very slow and unreliable. I often have to hotspot from my phone just to get a stable connection. I'm looking for someone who can: Assess the current Telstra 5G Home Internet setup. Identify whether the modem is in the best location for signal strength. Set up and optimise a Wi-Fi range extender/mesh device to improve coverage throughout the house. Recommend any changes or equipment that could improve speed and reliability. Make sure the internet is working as well as possible before leaving. Experience with Telstra 5G Home Internet and home Wi-Fi optimisation is preferred. Please let me know about your experience with similar jobs and what is included in your service. If any additional equipment is required, I'm happy to purchase it based on your recommendation.

I've recently bought some MoCA adapters to try and get wired internet to one other room. My house has foxtel and some other coax ports all over the house but when I connect the MoCA adapter, they can't find each other (MoCA connection light stays off). I know the adapters are working as they can be connected directly with a coax cable and the light comes on. I believe the problem is to figure out whether the coax cabling/foxtel ports are actually connected throughout the house and how to connect them if they are not. I need someone who may be able to help with solve this issue and get the wiring/internet fixed in the other room. Thank you.

My camera at home not working and it says internet connectivity issue

The parents have moved from TPG to superloop for nbn internet. Our current modem needs some settings changed for it to reconnect to the internet. If the modem is incompatible, we have a new one ready to be used. Once connected, the modem needs to be connected to the home mesh network and other smart devices! Thank you

Purchased a new internet modem / router. I can get it to work. Would like some help please

We use Vodafone wifi, ubiquity switch and have a draytech router Our WiFi is required to run our restaurant so connection is vital. It powers our POS, Internet, Sonos, cameras and customer wifi Currently it’s down and I need someone to attend and get it back up and running. May need suggestions on changing equipment but it’s needs to be secure and constant. Must be someone onsite, would be great if you have spare equipment to test and replace if required. I need someone to attend onsite Tuesdays after 12pm

Simple task: the Ethernet cable port has fallen inside the wall so the Ethernet cable isn't able to be plugged in. Need someone with the right tools to take it out and plug it again.

We need a network cable to run from the back of our router, under the floor to a bedroom. The crawl space is a bit tight and I don’t like being under the floor which is why I am posting this task. The direct distance between the two points in about 10 meters, but I suspect a cable would need to be 15 meters as it cannot go in a direct line between the two point. There are already holes in the floor at each end so it just needs to go in one end and come out the other. Should be quick for someone who is happy being under the floorboards. Thank you

I have just had Telstra put in fibre internet to my house and given me a new modem. I now cane make my internet connect to the extenders so can only receive internet in 1 room of my house. I have taken a photo of the extenders (there is 5 of them), the modem and the the router. If you could help it would be great.
