Help connecting internet to modem Description: currently having issues connecting our modem to the internet (no dsl light on the modem connecting to telephone port). NBN diagnosed an open circuit on the line beyond the MDF to our apartment as the issue.

I am trying to set up a d link system to my nbn as a wireless system. The model number is M15. I had it set up and working but after my boosters stopped working, I tried to reset the system and now I can’t get it back online. I have plugged the cords correctly, changed the Ethernet, ran the eagle pro app in accordance to what it says. Most of the time I come up against an error saying that the Ethernet is not connected correctly. I am quite sure this is not a problem with the router but perhaps I am just missing a step. My service provider is AGL. This could be an easy job. I have two sets of wireless cameras, a fireplace and a smart roller blind that were previously connected and I would just need your help to ensure that they can be connected back onto the wifi. If you can come tonight (Wednesday) that would be even better. I am in Ryde

We need help setting up our Foxtel and internet at our new place. We’ve got all the equipment and tried to set it up ourselves. The internet says it’s connected, but it’s not working properly. To fix the internet connection in my apartment. Not sure where the problem is. Have been on the phone to superloop five times. Have two Eero devices including a new one purchased 3 weeks ago. They ought to link and on the app it looks like they do. Everytime I check the internet connection in my app it says it's fine but I can't even run a zoom meeting in my living room in the next room. Everytime I call them they "reset" it at my end and it works for all of ten mins max and then drops out again.

I have a Ubiquiti Unifi mesh network and everything looks like it’s working fine, but the wifi signal is gone and I can’t troubleshoot.

Need ACMA technician to fix internet connection in new home. We just moved into a new unit and the internet company told us that we have an ‘empty socket issue’ and the we needed an ACMA technician to help us with the internet connection.

Optimise our internet (provider if necessary) connections & routers. Its currently too slow and unreliable. TV/movies take time to load in the evening especially. Lots of old technology/wiring (house is 18 years old) that needs either removing, to be reorganised. Its a mess.

My internet is technically working, but the setup’s pretty terrible. The telephone socket is inside the wardrobe, so I’ve had to run the D-Link router (I’m with Flip) out onto my bedroom floor—looks awful and isn’t great for performance. I’ve tried to fix it with Google mesh (pucks): one connects fine, but the second one powers on and connects to Wi-Fi, it just won’t talk to the main puck. The internet is also really slow and keeps dropping out. I’ve attached a photo of me trying to get the bastard parts to talk to each other. Please help!

I have a Tenda AX3000 dual band router. I have two networks set up, one is 2.4ghz and the other is 5g. The 5g is working fine; the 2.4g is connecting but no internet. Need assistance getting this working

Hi Every one, My father in law needs help re reconnecting his internet to his computer. Unsure what happened but the internet is still working on the ipad through wifi but not on his PC it has not been working for a week.
