Wifi looks like it is 100% and modem has all green lights. Laptops and phones won’t connect to wifi. Yesterday the speed test said it was all fine (although couldn’t connect) but today the speed test gives 0. Have been hot spotting laptop from 5G on phone but now that keeps dropping out.
David was great, fixed everything and was able to come within a few hours of us confirming to sort out our wifi problems.

Geeks I have an IT related issue with reconnecting an IP cctv and intercom. Dahua brand. We recently changed modems and need to reconnect. There is 8ch Dahua IP NVR and intercom. All PoE and working at the head recorder. Intercom is powered through an 8 port PoE. We need a tech to: Setup remote access again Setup the wifi extender that we have recently purchased. Setup the new ip to the modem. Everything is located in one area in the kitchen.

Guys i have a 2story house but my wifi for upstairs the signals wasn't that strong, i guess because we are far away from the modem.
Customer service Michael is the man for the job,know what he was doing 100%,the job wasn't take that long not even 20mnt job done,finally got a good signal on my 2nd floor.he explains everything after service and he also help us to connect our tv to our new wifi.pretty much worth it top bloke.
