Basically internet has stopped working. Due to the fibre box set up it’s tricky for me to figure how to rectify this. Internet is making it to the modem but no device is connecting to it and light for the internet is either another colour or not showing at all. We bought a tp-link Deco AC1900 Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi System to connect to our existing modem (Spark) so we could improve our signal strength throughout the rooms in our house & when using our TV to access Netflix, Neon & Disney.
