Hello, We are looking for a mystery shopper to assess multiple activities at a family entertainment venue in Queenstown this weekend. The assessment can be completed on either Friday 8th September (between 6pm and 10pm) OR any time on Saturday 9th September (between 11am and 10pm). This will involve you pre-booking TWO activities for 2 people, visiting the location, ordering food (one substantial hot food item) & drinks (one cocktail & one standard drink), playing at the arcade (buying a $25 arcade card) and completing a survey. You will be fully reimbursed for your activity booking (2 x adults for 2 activities) AND your $25 arcade card. We will reimburse your hot food item up to $15.00, your cocktail up to $15.00 and your standard drink up to $10. Additional to reimbursements, you will be paid $50 for completing a detailed online survey. You will be required to pay for your expenses upfront, however these will be reimbursed - up to the limits described above. Please only place an offer if you are in a position to cover these amounts. The successful AT will be required to sign up as a Shopper with us - this is so you can access the Shopper Portal & so you can be paid your reimbursements. Hello! We currently have a mystery shop opening for a gym in Parnell. You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: You will need to go to the club location between Monday - Wednesday in the hours of 10am - 4pm (avoiding lunch hours). You need to arrive without an appointment and let the staff know you’re interested in potentially joining and you’d like to look around the facilitates. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the club and any follow-up you receive. Please note if you’ve completed this mystery shop for us before, you cannot mystery shop this club again as they will have your details on file. Budget for this task is $60 inclusive or Airtasker fees. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. PROJECT BRIEF: You will need to go to the store between staff hours, Monday - Wednesday. You need arrive at the store and assess the cleanliness, atmosphere and service you receive at the store. You will have to buy (to the value of $70)a few items of clothing, which will be reimbursed. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive at the store. Budget for this task is $30 inclusive or Airtasker fees. We will reimburse you the $70 for the clothing. Download our app to your smartphone (You must have an iPhone 8 or above). 2. The advertising panel will automatically populate on the app once downloaded. 3. Click on the panel you are requested to video and carry out a very quick in app survey. 4. Take a clear video of the panel capturing all 20 ads in the loop 5. Then submit!
