Need help figuring out why my internet and Wi-Fi aren’t working well. I have AT&T Fiber, but I’m experiencing connectivity issues and inconsistent performance throughout my home. Looking for someone who is tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting routers, Wi-Fi, and home networks. Tasks may include checking my AT&T equipment, testing speeds, identifying coverage issues, and helping improve the connection. Located in Royse City, TX.

I recently switched internet providers and need help setting up my new router and making sure everything is connected properly. I also need help removing old cables throughout the house, disconnecting an old house phone line, setting up my home theater system, and connecting a few things on my iPhone. Recently moved to new office. Have wifi extenders setup. Still experiencing issues (particularly with bandwidth). So unsure if router and modem were setup properly. We have access points (Cisco Meraki) as well that I don't think are currently working. Need someone to look at router, modem, extenders, and access points.

I have 2 services! Spectrum and Frontier, and neither one works properly. Their customer service sucks! I have my own Netgear router and bought a new one but haven't figured out how to install it for optimum results. I also have an ADT camera system and It is programmed to run off frontier and I want to change that!

I have tried everything from new router to new wires to updating drivers and all sorts of things. The games I play lag after a few minutes of playing and do not stop. I have a very good pc so there shouldn’t be an issue

Internet speed is slow 500 use to be @ 900. Faster in one office slow in another. Home office. I use spectrum.
